Resumen
La preocupación por la educación actual es muy significativa y cada vez
más frecuente por establecer una mejor relación entre educación y
trabajo. Se hace énfasis en brindar estudios y trabajos. Pero el problema
se da en que no todas las unidades educativas cumplen con los planes y
programas de estudio, esto se debe al control inadecuado que se les
realiza a los docentes en las instituciones para que cumplan con lo
planificado al inicio del periodo lectivo lo que trae como consecuencia que
el nivel de conocimiento de los estudiantes no se vean reflejados y que al
momento de pasar a un nivel superior demuestren falencias. Según
entrevistas informales a varios centros educativos en los cuales el nivel de
educación es considerado bajo con respecto a otros centros coinciden
que no cuentan con una herramienta que les ayude a optimizar su trabajo
y a no tener a la mano información para poder tomar acciones correctivas
en un tiempo adecuado. La herramienta propuesta permitirá que estos
procesos se automaticen para que proporcionen información que les
ayudará a tomar las acciones necesarias para mejorar el nivel de
educación.
