ANÁLISIS DE LA BASE DE DATOS DEL HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARIO DE LA CIUDAD DE GUAYAQUIL EN PACIENTES CON INFARTO AGUDO DE MIOCARDIO POR DIABETES U OBESIDAD

Resumen
El proyecto "Análisis de la Base de Datos en pacientes con Infarto Agudo de
Miocardio por Diabetes u Obesidad", inicia desde el análisis de la
información correspondiente a los historiales clínicos del Hospital
Universitario de la ciudad de Guayaquil para el periodo 2007 y 2013, por
medio de verificaciones de los registros para en una primera instancia ir
depurando los datos inconsistentes, esto podría deberse a un mal ingreso en
la digitación de los registros por parte del personal encargado. El desarrollo
del tema también contempla la validación de la información resultante, para
elaborar los respectivos cuadros con detalle e interpretación mediante los
datos encontrados, en base a los criterios o filtros definidos, entre estos se
mencionan la edad, localidad, sexo, año y mes de ingreso, estado civil,
ocupación, entre otros. Para llevar a cabo la obtención de la información se
revisó las tablas que se encontraban involucradas en el flujo operacional de
la Institución Médica, para luego obtener dos diseños finales de modelos
entidad relación para el área de emergencia y consulta externa
respectivamente. La herramienta utilizada como gestor de base de datos es
SQL Server 2008 R2, software definido como requerimiento debido a que en
la actualidad el Hospital Universitario utiliza el programa para almacenar sus
registros. La prioridad del proyecto es importar los resultados del análisis en
el software tableau para generar las gráficas representativas de los factores
de riesgo con la patología especificada por medio del aplicativo, el cual es
usado como intérprete de tendencias para la toma de decisiones que
benefician a la Institución y personal involucrado con el objetivo de reducir o
encontrar alternativas de prevención para el índice de pacientes con IAM por
Diabetes u Obesidad.
The project "Analysis of the Database in patients with acute myocardial infarction by diabetes or obesity", starts from the analysis of medical records relating to the University Hospital of the city of Guayaquil for the period 2007 and 2013, information through checks on the records in the first instance to be debugged inconsistent data, it could be a bad entry in the fingering of the records by the personnel. The development of the theme also provides validation of the resulting information to prepare the respective boxes in detail and interpretation by the data found, on the basis of defined criteria or filters, among them the age, location, sex, year and month of admission they mentioned, marital status, occupation, and more. To perform obtaining information tables that were involved in the operational flow of the Medical Institution and then get two final designs entity relationship models for the emergency area and external consultation was revised respectively. The tool used as manager database is SQL Server 2008 R2, software defined as a requirement because now the University Hospital used the program to store your records. The priority of the project is to import the results of the analysis in the tableau software to generate graphs showing the risk factors with the disease specified by the application, which is used as an interpreter of trends for making decisions that benefit the institution and staff involved with the aim of reducing or finding alternatives for prevention index AMI patients for diabetes or obesity.
