Resumen
El siguiente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo a realizar un estudio para una propuesta de un bus turístico con la finalidad de brindar un servicio de calidad óptimo en la Ciudad de Guayaquil, conocer cuáles son los recorridos, los costos, la garantía y la seguridad que ofrecen durante el viaje.
Además a través del marco teórico se relacionará con la historia y se darán a conocer los antecedentes de la transportación turística y hotelera dentro del país y en especial en la Ciudad de Guayaquil.
Por otro lado se procederá a observar aquellos lugares de la Ciudad donde frecuentan estos buses turísticos con el fin de tener una visión sobre cuál es el flujo diario de personas que utilizan este servicio y determinar cuáles son las necesidades y dificultades que presentan los turistas en general.
Se realizó unas encuestas a las diversas personas que frecuentan este servicio con el fin de dar a conocer si vale la pena o no contar en la Ciudad con este tipo de operadores turísticos, luego se hará un análisis de las encuestas para obtener resultados que nos lleven a tener una visión más clara de la influencia de este servicio.
Lo relevante de este proyecto es se implementará un bus que además de brindar nuevas opciones de trabajo se convertirá en un icono de la Ciudad de Guayaquil y será visitado por un número mayor de personas quienes fortalecerán el turismo.
Se está seguro que gracias a este proyecto se captará la atención del turista nacional y extranjero, además se orientará la visión hacia aquellos lugares que son el encanto de la Ciudad realizando el recorrido en un hermoso y sofisticado bus donde se podrá apreciar la belleza del mismo así como los encantos que nos brinda la Perla del Pacífico.

On the other hand we will proceed to observe those places in the city where frequent these tourist buses in order to have a vision about what the daily flow of people using this service and determine what the needs and difficulties posed by tourists in general . a survey was conducted to various people who frequent this service in order to make known whether it is worthwhile or not count in the city with this kind of tour operators, then make an analysis of surveys to obtain results with us to have a clearer picture of the influence of this service. The relevance of this project is a bus that besides offering new options work will become an icon of the city of Guayaquil and will be visited by a greater number of people who will strengthen tourism will be implemented. It is certain that through this project the attention of domestic and foreign tourists will be captured, plus vision oriented towards those places that are the charm of the city making the journey in a beautiful and sophisticated bus where you can appreciate the beauty of it as well as the charm that gives us the Pearl of the Pacific.
