EVALUACIÓN Y COMPARACIÓN DEL HARDWARE DEL SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN DE SALUD FAMILIAR Y COMUNITARIA Y EL HUGIS

Resumen
El presente trabajo es un análisis del hardware implementado en el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil para su sistema de información el cual lo hemos denominado “HUGIS” y en la Comunidad de Cerrito de los Morreños para el Sistema de Información de Salud Familiar y Comunitaria al cual llamaremos “SISFYC”. En el levantamiento de información se llegó a conocer todos los componentes físicos que integran estos sistemas, la infraestructura tecnológica, se verificó las normas y políticas que utilizan, luego se realizó una comparación para conocer si existe interoperabilidad entre ellos con el fin de que en el futuro puedan interconectarse. Se demostró que el HUGIS tiene un hardware mucho más amplio que el SISFYC ya que la gama de servicios que presta es extensa por ser una institución de salud de tercer nivel, el SISFYC por su parte cuenta con menor infraestructura por ser una unidad de primer nivel. El método de la investigación es de naturaleza analítica ya que se hizo un estudio de los componentes de hardware de los sistemas evaluados. La población seleccionada para llevar a cabo el trabajo investigativo es el personal administrativo encargado de los departamentos de sistemas dentro de las instituciones, los beneficiados son todas aquellas personas que utilizan los servicios mencionados de salud.
This study is an analysis of hardware implemented in the University Hospital of Guayaquil for information system which we have called "HUGIS" and the Community of Cerrito de los Morreños for Family and Community Health Information System which will call "SISFYC". During the process of collecting information, we’ve identified all physical components that make up these systems, technological infrastructure, and verified which standards and policies were applied, and then a comparison was made to see if there is interoperability between those systems so that, in the future, two systems could be interconnected. It was shown that the HUGIS has a much broader hardware that SISFYC, as the range of services offered is extensive for being a health institution third level, but the SISFYC for its part, has less infrastructure as a first level health service. The research method was analytical in nature; the study of the hardware components of the systems was finally evaluated. The population selected to carry out this research work is the administrative staff responsible for IT departments within institutions and the beneficiaries are all those people who use health services mentioned.
