Creación de una microempresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de café orgánico en saquitos filtrantes en la Ciudad de Guayaquil

Resumen
De acuerdo al estudio realizado por la CEPAL Comisión Económica
para América Latina, existía una desigualdad y discriminación en el
desarrollo productivo, el estilo del Gobierno de la Revolución Ciudadana,
levantado por el pueblo ecuatoriano, en obtener cambios de
transformación social, económico, político y cultural, centrado en el ser
humano, en el enfoque al desarrollo, se propuso el tema “Creación de una
microempresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de café
orgánico en saquitos filtrantes en la ciudad de Guayaquil”.
Promoviendo a la productividad de un café libre de insecticidas es
importante utilizar la tecnología adecuada para así brindar satisfacción a
las necesidades del cliente, beneficiándolo con un producto saludable,
con todos estos factores se podrá medir la rentabilidad que tendrá el
proyecto.
A través del estudio de mercado se obtuvo respuesta aceptable por
los encuestados en el cual las personas que consumen mayor café es el
sexo femenino con un 64%, consumiendo el 43% todos los días, el 61%
en el hogar, adquiriéndolo en las tiendas con un 29% y en los
supermercados un 53%, se obtuvo respuesta viable para la
implementación del proyecto.
Se determinó la demanda el 1,53% de la muestra tomada quienes
son los principales clientes a consumir el producto siendo así la demanda
mensual de 11.151 cajas que contienen 25 sobres filtrantes de café
orgánico, para ofertar el producto mediante promociones y publicidad
captando el segmento del mercado.
Con el análisis financiero se conocerá liquidez, solvencia, gestión y
rentabilidad económica, financiera y comercial demostrando el beneficio
de la inversión.
