In this paper a study based on robotics is presented, specifically the design and construction of a robotic arm, which is based on information collected in different sections located on the Internet and texts in which a deep knowledge of different study conducted fosters subject to robotics, and information obtained from books and data obtained during the years of study within the School of Systems Engineering. The information has been distributed in several chapters; each chapter contains general topics and technical data, that the developments of research were identified as most significant. It should be noted that in this section the design and construction of a robot arm 6 GDL occurs. This work consists of a system that controls the robotic arm via a mobile device with Android OS remote system Joystick, Bluetooth or LabView from the computer. The functionality of this robot is given in part to its 6 degrees of freedom and the terminal element having, in this case three pincer fingers simulating robotic arm, this is a manipulator robot designed on a scale reduced to what really is a robotic arm industrial, so the advantages that count by having a robot of this size is that costs are low and the compatibility and flexibility of the prototype makes the development of future investigations possible regarding aspects related to kinematics and the control logic thereof. This project aims to support the teaching and encouragement for students in our career in the laboratories of hardware.
