This research was conducted December (2015) to April (2016) in the canton Daule, Guayas Province, in the "Crucita" farm located in the coordinates S 1° 51'24.23" W 80° 00'21.40" and 14 meters, the design was completely randomized with three replications and seven treatments, based on macro and micro nutrients, the application of macro and microelements in the cultivation of passion fruit (Passiflora edulis F.V.) was evaluated to improve fruit quality and overall performance. It was found effective in treating N + Ca 7 + B + S + Zn + Mn in doses of 160 kg/ha +40 kg/ha +500 cc/ha +40 kg/ha +1 lt/ha + 1 liter/ha respectively, which showed a better performance (19713.67 kg/ha/year), number of flower buds (283.33), fruit diameter (7.69 cm), fruit weight (225.47 g/plant), total soluble solids with 14.11 degrees brix, and the largest number of fruits (23.16 fruits/plant) and the best treatment to improve yields and fruit quality was treatment 7 nitrogen 160 kg/ha + calcium 40 kg/ha + boron 500 cc/ha + sulfur 40 kg/ha + zinc 1 l/ha + manganese 1 l/ha) with an average weight of 225.48 g/fruit, an average diameter of 7.69 cm, with an average yield of 19,713.67 kg/ha/year, and a total sugar concentration of 14.11 degrees brix. According to the results of comparative economic analysis projected a hectare of passion fruit indicates that treatment 7 (nitrogen 160 kg/ha + calcium 40 kg/ha + boron 500 cc/ha + sulfur 40 kg/ha + zinc 1 lt/ha + manganese 1 l/ha), obtained the higher cost of production per hectare, with 7209.01 USD, presented the average maintenance cost per plant/year high at 5.41 USD and generated the highest average production cost per kilo of fruit, ie 0.37 USD and earned the highest profit per hectare 6590.56 USD, equivalent to 91.4% yield.
