This Project was developed in Cabuyal. This country is located in S coordinates 1st 43'11 "W 79 ° 54'48" west longitude geographical coordinates in Santa Lucia, Guayas, with a height of 6 m.s.n.m. The studied factors were: five levels of calcium silicate (CaSiO3) 1) 0, 2) 50, 3) 100, 4) 150 y 5) 200 kg/ha de Si, with three levels of nitrogen 1) 0, 2) 80 y 3) 160 kg/ha de N. The objectives were: 1) To determine the best treatment to increase production, 2) To develop an economic analysis about the treatments that were used in order to determine its profitability. During the process was used the complete randomized block design (RBD) with a factorial design (5x3), and it gave us 45 treatments. The Duncan test was used in the comparison of measures by 5 percent of probability. The evaluated variables were: plant height, number of grains per panicle, number of panicles, weight and yield of thousands of seeds. During the research, we got the following results: 1).The treatment with better result was number 15 with “200 kg/ha de Si + 160 kg/ha de N, with a result of 7653 kg/ha, then it is treatment 14 “200 kg /Si + 80 kg /ha de N, with a result of 7603 kg/ha. 2) The best treatment in the economic analysis was number 4 with “50 kg /ha de Si + 0 kg /ha de N, the treatments seven, three, ten, thirteen, eleven, nine, twelve, and fifteen were dominated in the dominance analysis. We got about 463, 33 USD in the marginal net profit and the marginal income was about 713 percent, making it profitable use in rice cultivation.
