Resumen
Para el desarrollo de software existen, diferentes metodologías que permiten
alcanzar de una u otra manera la culminación de proyectos de desarrollo de
software, las metodologías tradicionales cumplen el objetivo de llegar a la meta
sin tomar en cuenta al cliente final como miembro esencial que mide la calidad a
diferencia de los métodos agiles como SCRUM que por cada iteración o
consulta, presenta al cliente la evolución de su proyecto mediante reuniones de
trabajo llamados Sprint, reuniones de pie y otras herramientas que permitirán el
desarrollo de una sistema de gestión de talento humano, orientado a las
necesidades del cliente permitiendo presentar avances e incrementos según
cada tarea terminada.
La aplicación podrá ser monitoreada por el usuario con la aplicación Trello, es
una herramienta sencilla y divertida, el cual emula un tablero de tareas o tablero
SCRUM permitiendo saber el estado de su producto, así como al resto del
equipo gestionar o solucionar algún inconveniente que se suscite en el
transcurso de las etapas. Como objetivo principal es desarrollar un sistema de
Talento Humano aplicando la metodología ágil SCRUM para las carreras de
Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales y Networking.
