Resumen
Con los avances tecnológicos, han permitido a las empresas introducir nuevos
sistemas que potencian su desarrollo, entre estos sistemas tenemos como
referencia el sistema ERP (“Enterprice resourse Planning”), estos sistemas
permiten controlar y supervisar el funcionamiento de la empresa. Esta
herramienta permitirá a INTERTUBEP S. A. mejorar la atención que brinda a sus
clientes, ya que contará con un sistema que facilitará el funcionamiento de sus
áreas, además contará con información consistente gracias a la interacción que
tiene el sistema con cada uno de los módulos que el ERP tiene implementado.
