La importancia de la trampa lingual como erradicador de los hábitos de succión digital y prognatismo lingual (empuje lingual)

Resumen
Es importante conocer por qué se dan los malos hábitos, cuáles son los pacientes propensos a desarrollarlos, y cuál es el manejo clínico, para que el odontólogo pueda diagnosticar los diferentes casos de hábitos, conocer todas las implicaciones clínicas que conllevan, y dar un tratamiento certero y efectivo, en el tiempo recomendable para poder eliminar el mismo, y corregir los posibles efectos secundarios que el paciente presente. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo es el de Evaluar el resultado de los tratamientos aplicados a pacientes con problemas orales causados por el mal hábito de succión lingual. Describir distintos problemas orales presentes en pacientes con mal hábito de succión lingual y empuje lingual. El método de investigación que utilizo fue no experimental porque se realiza un estudio sin manipular deliberadamente las variables su metodología está basada en ser documental, exploratoria, descriptiva por lo que se evaluaron datos referentes, características, hábitos de succión digital. La metodología teórica se basa en ser histórico lógico; analítico sintético; inductivo deductivo porque los resultados indicaron que los malos hábitos orales tienen que recibir un tratamiento a tiempo, puede generar una corrección, sin implicar problemas muy severos, y dar una resolución sencilla, sin complicaciones. Entre las conclusiones, se demostró que con el uso de la trampa lingual sencilla y con sus modificaciones se puede obtener resultados satisfactorios en el tratamiento de malos hábitos orales, esto de la mano con la cooperación y motivación del paciente. It is important to know why they give bad habits, what patients are likely to develop, and what is the clinical management so that the dentist can diagnose the different cases of habits, know all the clinical implications they entail, and give a treat accurate and effective in the recommended order to remove it, and correct the possible side effects that patients have time. Early treatment can generate a correction, without involving severe problems, and give a simple resolution without complications. Among the findings, it was shown that with the use of simple lingual amended trap and can obtain satisfactory results in the treatment of bad oral habits, this hand with the cooperation and motivation of the patient. It is important to make an appropriate clinical history and examination, to determine the appropriate treatment plan that meets the specific problems of each patient and thus make referrals to appropriate specialists, and achieve a multidisciplinary work to achieve the objectives raised more quickly and stably. Among the treatment options of bad oral habits have psychological therapy, myofunctional therapy, and lingual trap, as a supplementary instrument. Adequate control and good case management, can achieve satisfactory and stable long-term results. Interceptive orthopedics helps us reduce the time and difficulty of malocclusion.
