PROTOTIPO DE UN SISTEMA INMÓTICO PARA EL CONTROL DE ILUMINACIÓN Y CLIMATIZACIÓN UTILIZANDO ARDUINO, CONTROLADO POR DISPOSITIVOS MÓVILES CON TECNOLOGÍA ANDROID PARA LA CISC

Resumen
Actualmente en la CISC & CINT existe el problema de alto consumo de recursos
energéticos, lo que se ve reflejado en las planillas; esto se debe al gasto
desmesurado de energía eléctrica, producida por luminarias y aires
condicionados encendidos en horarios en los que generalmente deberían estar
apagados; la falta de control automatizado es tambien un causal ya que se
depende mucho del factor humano que en la mayoria de sus casos no resulta
suficiente y tampoco eficiente; tampoco se ha observado un uso conciente de luz
natural.
El presente proyecto consiste en desarrollar un sistema Inmótico para el control
de iluminación y climatización en la biblioteca de la CISC & CINT siendo
controlado y monitoreado por un dispositvo móvil, debido a que en la actualidad
no cuenta con un modelo de gestión que permita monitorear, ni controlar el uso
de los diferentes equipos eléctricos que integran el sistema de iluminación y
climatización, tales como ventiladores y luminarias. La finalidad de este proyecto es dar una solución permanente a través de la
gestión de los recursos en forma rápida y eficiente, para lo cual se ha
desarrollado un sistema de control con tecnología Open Source “Arduino” que
realiza procesos de forma automatizada a través de dispositivos móviles. Con
esto se espera solucionar el problema que existe en la actualidad en el área
administrativa de la CISC & CINT al hacer uso de herramientas y dispositivos
tecnológicos que nos permite el control y funcionamiento de los equipos.
Por ser un área al cual recurren tanto estudiantes como docentes, este presente
proyecto pretende beneficiiarlos de manera indirecta con un modelo de gestion
automatizado, ya que el primer beneficiario es la universidad.

This project is to develop a building automation system to control lighting and air conditioning in the library of the CISC & CINT being controlled and monitored by a mobile device, because today lacks a management model that allows monitoring, or control the use of different electrical equipment making up the lighting and air conditioning system , such as fans and lights The purpose of this project is to provide a permanent solution through the management of resources quickly and efficiently, for which it has developed a control system technology Open Source "Arduino" which performs automated processes through mobile devices. This is expected to solve the problem that currently exists in the administrative area of the CISC to make use of technological tools and devices that allows the control and operation of the equipment. As a resort area which both students and teachers, this present project aims beneficiiarlos indirectly with automated management model as the first beneficiary is the university.
