The great demand of foods for a growing population produced the increment of the productivity based in the use of synthetic fertilizers and chemical pesticides. Today's benefits has become problems for, the environment, the man and the floor mainly, due to the incorrect use in their handling. Before this fact investigators that base their works in a sustainable agriculture on which have obtained positive results in the area of vegetable nutrition, have appeared however, it is necessary that it is continued knowing, enlarging and disclosing this field, since it is a vital and complex physiologic activity on which should be obtained scientific foundations that potencialicen rationally the agricultural activity; to get economic benefits. An important area, is the study of the action of the microorganisms like connection beings and traffic of the nutritious elements that the plant needs, among these they are the micorrizas that are mushrooms that united perfect and intimately to the root of the plant through the micelio establish a dependence it reciprocates in the one that metabolitos is exchanged that you/they benefit to both. Inside the outlined problem he/she was projected and it executed this work in the Agricultural Technological Institute of Vinces, University of Guayaquil in the period 2001-2004 that it is referred to the agricultural nutrition where was analyzed and it evaluated the actions of the micorrizas like biofertilizante in the tomato cultivation. The objectives that were completed were: analysis of the efficiency of the micorrizas in the stage of development of the cultivation; estimate of the absorption of nutritious; evaluation of the behavior of the mushrooms micorrizicos in the tomato and contribution of the micorrizas in the tomato production. The micorrizas inóculo (native) that was used for this rehearsal it was selected of among 5 agriculture-ecosystems (soya, corn, tomato, grass, cocoa) and a secondary forest, being chosen both more good of these to present endomicorrizas with good esporulación ability and colonization. The inóculo (spores, external and internal hifas, roots micorrizadas) it was multiplied in gavels by four serial times with the purpose of increasing it. The cultivation host was the tomato, this work preliminary low hothouse hard 16 months. For the first phase of the rehearsal (inóculo obtaining) a design experimental irrestrictamente was used at random. In the second phase (field experimentation) you use a design of blocks at random, with 5 treatments, of which two were micorrizas more fertilizers, two alone micorrizas and an absolute witness, with 5 repetitions. The considered answer variables were: Plant size, number of leaves and flowers, diameter of the shaft, dry weight, analysis to foliate, quantity of spores, colonization micorrizica, density of radical hair, harvests. The micorrizas evidenced their participation about the growth, I number of leaves, diameter of the shaft, precocity in the floración, production of the tomato. The esporulación levels and colonization of the micorrizas were affected by the mineral fertilizers. The contribution of the micorrización was determined in the production in 65% on the base of the potential of the hybrid one. The best relationship benefits cost it was for the treatments with alone micorrizas. You concludes that the use of the micorrizas is a good alternative for the use of clean technologies.
