Plan de Manejo Sustentable para la conservación y aprovechamiento de los recursos en el Manglar "La Boca" Cantón Sucre-Prov. de Manabí.

Resumen
Este Estudio de Caso obtuvo información bibliográfica sobre investigaciones biológicas realizadas en el sitio Manglar “La Boca” de la Provincia de Manabí, Ecuador. El Manglar La Boca, es la desembocadura del río Portoviejo y se caracteriza ecoturísticamente por sus atractivas playas y el área de manglar donde es posible el avistamiento de aves. A partir de evidencias de impactos sociales, económicos y ambientales existentes se levanta en el diseño técnicas, estrategias e implementos ejecutables con el objetivo que sea de conservación sobre los sistemas de manglar. Se realizó un breve monitoreo del sitio, se conversó con algunos comuneros para obtener mejor visión sobre la historia, turismo, clima, flora, fauna, y potencialidades del uso del área; por tanto, se recoge los aspectos in situ de hallazgos observados, georefenciados y fotografiados. Seguidamente, se recopila información para la elaboración de este instrumento de planificación, se incluyen también las políticas públicas y demás componentes dirigidos a la integración de estas áreas marinas naturales. Aunque la comunidad depende exclusivamente de la actividad ecoturística, el área de estudio se encuentra en buen estado de conservación. Esto permitirá que en tres años se cumpla con la mayor parte de los programas del Plan de Manejo (80% de estrategias), el 20% no cumplidos correspondería a las medidas que dependan de las gestiones de gobiernos seccionales, que serían ajustable de manera positiva para la conservación integral del área. He aquí que, la propuesta de este plan de manejo sobre el área de custodia enmarca alteraciones que implementarán estrategias consensuadas de conservación efectiva, y a su vez el compromiso que se ponga en el proceso sea exitoso y de bien común entre las partes naturales y socioculturales de la comunidad.
This study of case is based on bibliographic information about biological research obtained by "La Boca" mangrove located in province of Manabí, Ecuador. La Boca Mangrove is the river mouth of the Portoviejo River, is a characterized ecotouristical area as attractive for its beaches and mangrove beauties where you can make bird watching. In addition to existing evidence of social, economic and environmental impacts, new design techniques, strategies and executable implements operate with the objective of improving conservation of the mangrove systems. A brief monitoring of the site was conducted in addition to planning conversations with certain residents to obtain a better perspective of the history, tourism, climate, flora, fauna, and the potential use of the area; the details for which were collected on site observed findings, geo-referenced and photographed. The information collected was used for the preparation of a planning instrument, and includes public policy and other components aimed at the integration of these natural marine areas. The community depends exclusively on the eco-tourist activity the study area was resultantly found to be in a good state of conservation. This means that within a period of three years the majority of the Management Plan (80% of strategies) 20% that do not correspond to fulfill the measures that depend on the efforts of regional governments, which would positively adjustable for comprehensive conservation area would be positively applied to the conservation of the area. Thus, the proposal of management plan for the protection of the area is to frame adjustments that implement agreed strategies for more effective conservation. Furthermore that the commitment that is being put into the process results in success and the common good for both the natural and sociocultural community.
