Resumen
Hoy en día el uso de ordenadores dentro de una organización, dejo de ser un
lujo y paso a ser una necesidad a tal punto de que las PCS con consideradas
herramientas de trabajo. Dicha herramienta no puede trabajar sola, necesita
un complemento el cual realiza tareas específicas, para nuestro caso un
sistema (Software), que cumplirá con la automatización del proceso de
auditoria a nivel de software y hardware en una red corporativa.
El mercado actual cuenta con pocas herramientas que permitan llevar el
inventario de SW y HW de manera automatizada, es decir, la mayoría de los
Auditores desperdician el tiempo en el uso de papel tanto para realizar los
inventarios como los reportes, lo cual no permite tener un control adecuado
de los estándares permitidos dentro de la empresa. De acuerdo a lo antes expuesto se necesita un sistema que determine y
controle los estándares de software y hardware dentro de una red
corporativa, considerando que no solo es importante la protección individual
de cada equipo, sino su el uso tanto de software y hardware permitido, el
control y el diagnostico de dichos estándares deben ser centralizados, para lo
cual, dicho control se regirá en el uso de los componentes de software y
hardware de cada usuario de la red, inclusive el control debe ser por área
dentro de la empresa, a su vez, considerando lo antes expuesto se debe
tener un aplicación Web que tenga control de ejecución y verificaciones de las auditorias sobre el estado, a nivel de software y hardware, de cada PC de
la red desde una sola consola, esto seria una herramienta muy útil para los
auditores de sistemas de una empresa.
Nuestra aplicación web está desarrollada en arquitectura tres capas en la
cual nuestra Base de Datos es Mysql, el lenguaje de programación es
Java y como servidor web usamos al Tomcat, todas estas herramientas son
opensource lo cual hace que nuestra aplicación web sea más accesible y
competitiva.
Para acceder al sistema se debe abrir el navegador y escribir la dirección del
servidor web, nos va a pedir un usuario y contraseña para validar el ingreso,
dentro de la aplicación el usuario podrá acceder a las diferentes opciones
tanto de ingreso, mantenimiento, ejecución, etc.
En cada una de las PCs de la red se instalará un programa llamado cliente
que se ejecutará cada cierto tiempo y será el encargado de escanear toda la
pc y guardar el software y hardware que esta tenga. Nuestra aplicación realiza la comparación de estándares de software y
hardware obtenidos de las pcs y los compara con la base de los estándares
que la empresa haya registrado desde la aplicación, luego de la comparación
se emite un reporte donde se indicará las recomendaciones y resultados en
base a los parámetros ingresados.
Today, the use of computers inside an organization, left to be a luxury and step to be a necessity to the extreme that the PCS are considered work´s tools. This tool cannot work alone, it needs a complement which executes specific tasks, for our case a system (Software) that will complete with the automation of the process of auditory at grade of software and hardware in a corporate net. The current market has few tools that allow to take the inventory of SW and HW in an automated way, that is to say, most the Auditors waste the time in the use of paper to carry out the inventories like the reports, that which doesn't allow to have an appropriate control of the allowed standards inside the company. In agreement with before to the exposed, a system is needed that it determines and control the standards of software and hardware inside a corporate net, considering that not only is important the individual protection of each part, else the use of software and hardware allowed, the control and the diagnostics of this standards they should be centralized, for that which, this control will be governed in the use of the components of software and hardware of each user of the net, inclusive the control should be for area inside the company, in turn, considering the before exposed, a web application should be had that has control of execution and verifications of the auditory ones on the state, at grade of software and hardware, for each PC of the net from an only console, this will be a very useful tool for the system’s auditors of a company. Our web application is developed in architecture three layers in which our Data’s Base it is Mysql, the programming language it is Java and as web server we use the Tomcat, all these tools are open source that which makes that our web application to be more accessible and competitive.
