Resumen
Un parque de diversiones surge de la necesidad de ofrecerles a los pobladores y turistas, la
posibilidad de recrearse y disfrutar de un buen ambiente en familia y de liberarse de las
tensiones de la vida cotidiana y del stress. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo general
determinar qué tan factible es implementación de un parque acuático en el cantón Daule. Se
realiza los análisis de mercado, técnico y financiero para brindar un servicio adecuado. El
estudio de mercado realizado analiza la oferta, demanda y factores que influyen en la
determinación del tipo de infraestructura, tamaño óptimo y localización del proyecto. Se
calcula el presupuesto de inversión correspondiente, se evaluará con criterio financiero
aplicando las variables técnicas para la factibilidad de invertir en este proyecto, y los medios
que emplearemos para financiarla. Determinaremos el periodo de recuperación de la
inversión, la tasa interna de retorno y su valor actual neto. Se estructurará un organigrama
funcional y de la empresa y se implementará los principios básicos de la administración como
son: planeación, organización y dirección.

Note that what is shown above must be supported with adequate personnel management processes to meet our goals. Determine the appropriate investment budget and financial criteria will be evaluated using technical variables for the feasibility of investing in this project, and the means we use to finance it. Determine the payback period of the investment, the internal rate of return and net present value. It is a functional and structured business and implements the basic principles of management including: planning, organizing and directing.
