Resumen
El proyecto de tesis presenta el análisis y diseño de un Sitio Web con el objetivo de reducir los tiempos de espera y mejorar la calidad de vida de los usuarios que utilizan el Terminal Terrestre de Guayaquil, con la automatización del proceso de compra y reserva de boletos. Para realizar este análisis y diseño se utilizó la investigación cualitativa, descriptiva y fuentes de investigación primaria y secundaria para un mejor desarrollo del tema. Así como la metodología ICONIX que nos permitió utilizar técnicas y herramientas para satisfacer las necesidades de los usuarios. En el desarrollo del prototipo para la parte visual se utilizó html5, el código es más sencillo y simplificado, por otro lado el diseño web responsive, tiene un concepto mucho más reciente nos ayuda a remediar el problema de lidiar con los diferentes tamaños, navegadores, dispositivos móviles, etc. Como conclusión podemos citar que el presente proyecto aportará para el mejor desempeño de la labores administrativa, ya que reducirá tiempos de espera y de respuesta de la Terminal Terrestre de Guayaquil.
The project presents the analysis and design of a website with the aim of reducing waiting times and improving the quality of life of people who use the buses at terminal in Guayaquil, with automation of the buying process and ticket booking. To perform this analysis and design a qualitative, descriptive and sources of primary and secondary research for better development of research theme was used. And the ICONIX methodology that allowed to use tools and techniques to meet the needs of users. Was used in developing the prototype for the visual part html5, the code is streamlined and simplified, on the other hand the web design responsive, has a much more recent concept that helps to remedy the problem of dealing with different sizes, browsers, mobile devices, etc. In conclusion it is mentioned that this project will provide for the best performance of administrative tasks, as it will reduce waiting times and response of the Earth Terminal of Guayaquil.
