Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal establecer medidas
para reducir el comercio electrónico informal en el Ecuador, mismo que se ha visto
motivado por la creciente inclusión de los ciudadanos al internet; con ello evitar estafas,
el ingreso de bienes al país mediante el contrabando y mitigar la evasión tributaria en
este mercado.
La metodología utilizada para la investigación fue documental, manejando como
mecanismo de ejecución del trabajo el método deductivo o teórico.
Basados en la información obtenida se pudo determinar cuáles son los portales web y
las redes sociales con mayor tráfico de usuarios para la oferta de productos y servicios
de todo tipo. De igual forma se devela que las autoridades no controlan este tipo de
mercado, y que no existe normativa integral para el comercio electrónico informal.
Según los antecedentes expuestos, se estableció como propuesta al problema, que se
implementen políticas para reducir la informalidad en el comercio electrónico, mediante
un plan integral que incluye diez sugerencias.
This research main objective is to establish the mechanism to reduce informal ecommerce in Ecuador, thereby avoiding scams, the entry of goods into the country through smuggling and tax evasion. The informal e-commerce has won space in the markets in the last years thanks to inclusion of citizen to the internet. The methodology used to do the research was documentary research, using deductive or theorist method. Based on the information obtained, we can define what web portals and social networks are more popular to offering all kinds of products and services. Similarly, it is revealed that the authorities do not control this market, and there is no comprehensive legislation for informal e-commerce. It intends like solution the problem to reduce informality in electronic commerce, a comprehensive plan of ten proposals
