Resumen
Este trabajo tiene como propósito determinar el impacto económico y social de la creación de proyectos urbanísticos de bajo costo para la reducción del déficit habitacional, para lo cual se utilizó en esta investigación un enfoque cuantitativo, basándose en estudios, datos y encuestas sobre el déficit habitacional, la calidad de vida y los estados financieros de la empresa que permitió encontrar como resultados que el déficit de viviendas es creado por el aumento de la tasa de crecimiento poblacional que tienen las ciudades en desarrollo, se enfatizó en tomar encuestas de bienestar a los residentes de la urbanización, para luego proceder a analizar los estados financieros, lo que se pudo obtener que el proyecto es beneficioso y rentable para la empresa, finalmente se concluye que el desarrollo del proyecto urbanístico ayuda a satisfacer la necesidad de vivienda y mejora la percepción del nivel de vida.
