Resumen
El mercado de bienes tecnológicos, conllevan a que la situación comercial actual de estos bienes y de los celulares con tecnología de punta, hayan disminuido su relación comercial con el consumidor nacional, del cual el incremento de aranceles por importaciones y aplicación de salvaguardas no fue la mejor opción tomada en el tiempo de su aplicación, siendo la principal falencia la de no haber analizado si el país podía producir tanta tecnología y celulares que pudieran competir con los productos extranjeros, algo que perjudicó a este tipo de mercados. El Primer capítulo conlleva a analizar las teorías generales, sustantivas y referentes empíricos de la investigación acorde al tema de estudio, el capítulo II, genera el marco metodológico, del cual se establecen los métodos a utilizar tanto teóricos y empíricos, se verifica el desarrollo de las variables y se establece un tipo de análisis crítico de lo que se piensa hacer. El capítulo III, se genera la investigación de campo a través de las encuestas realizadas y la tabulación respectiva acorde a generar resultados en base al tema de estudio. El cuarto capítulo conlleva al análisis empírico del capítulo anterior, los limitantes que la investigadora tuvo en el proceso de investigación, las líneas científicas y el análisis de los resultados, el quinto capítulo genera un análisis exhaustivo del cual genera consejos útiles como propuesta para una posible solución ante el presente estudio, se generan las conclusiones y recomendaciones respectivas acorde al estudio y la bibliografía utilizada en todo el proceso textual.

Chapter III, field research is generated through surveys and the respective tabulation according to generate results based on the subject matter. The fourth chapter involves the empirical analysis of the previous chapter, the constraints that the researcher was in the process of research, scientific lines and analysis of the results, the fifth chapter generates a comprehensive analysis which generates useful advice as a proposal for a possible solution to the present study, the findings and corresponding recommendations are generated according to the study and the literature used throughout the textual process.
