COMUNICACIÓN VISUAL Y SU INFLUENCIA EN LOS PROCESOS DE ENSEÑANZA Y APRENDIZAJE EN LOS NIÑOS CON TRASTORNO DE ESPECTRO AUTISTA (TEA), EN EL CENTRO PSICOEDUCATIVO ISAAC, EN LA CIUDAD DE GUAYAQUIL.

Resumen
Jordi Folch. Doctor en medicina, Psiquiatra, dice: “El autismo no es
una enfermedad en el sentido estricto de la palabra del término, sino
que es un síndrome. Un síndrome es un conjunto de síntomas y
signos que se manifiestan de forma simultánea y que define
clínicamente un estado mórbido determinado”. (AUTISME, 2012)
El trastorno espectro autista pertenece al grupo de los trastornos del
desarrollo, caracterizándose por la dificultad importante en la
interacción social, la comunicación, la flexibilidad de conducta y la
imaginación. Como en todo trastorno la gravedad o grado de
autismo es variable con lo cual cada sujeto tiene diferentes
características. Presentan una debilidad poco común en el desarrollo
del lenguaje y puede ser la razón por la cual no se comunican.

El Autismo es un desorden neurológico que afecta a la capacidad de
comunicación y la integración social, es más común en los varones
que en las mujeres y se presenta en todo tipo de raza, etnia y clase
social de todo el mundo, este puede aparecer desde los tres
primeros años de vida, tanto como desde el nacimiento del niño o de
la niña. En la ciudad de Guayaquil existen dos centros que se
dedican a la atención especializada en niños con autismo, y entre
ellos se encuentra el centro psicoeducativo ISAAC. Con anhelo de
colaborar con mencionada institución, me ha motivo implementar y
diseñar un material didáctico para la enseñanza de los niños con
trastorno de espectro autista, el mismo que motivara a trabajar las
habilidades de la vida cotidiana en su hogar, mediante la
comunicación visual, obteniendo mejores resultados en los niños

(AUTISME, 2012) Autism is a spectrum disorder in a group of developmental disorders, characterized by the significant difficulties in social interaction, communication, behavioral flexibility and imagination. As in any disorder severity or degree of autism is variable with which each individual has different characteristics. They presented an unusual weakness in language development and may be the reason why they do not communicate. (NAVARTE, 2013) Autism is a neurological disorder that affects the ability of communication and social integration, it is more common in men than in women and occurs in all races, ethnicity and social class of the whole world, this may appear from the first three years of life as well as from the birth of the child or the child. In the city of Guayaquil there are two centers dedicated to specialized care for children with autism, and in them is the psychoeducational center ISAAC. Forward to cooperate with that institution, I have reason to implement and design teaching materials for teaching children with autism spectrum disorder , the same as motivated to work the skills of everyday life at home, using visual communication, , obtaining better results in children with autism.
