Resumen
La Provincia de Imbabura es conocida por sus lagos y lagunas las cuales poseen una
exuberante belleza paisajística, rodeada de una flora y fauna natural del sitio, lo cual atrae
la atención de propios y extraños que visitan cada uno de los distintos atractivos que
brindan los diferentes cantones que existen dentro de esta región.
El proyecto se encuentra enfocado en presentar un “Análisis de factibilidad para la
creación de una operadora turística de deportes extremos en el cantón Ibarra,
provincia de Imbabura”, la cual tiene como finalidad determinar la rentabilidad del
mismo, por lo cual se planteó en distintos capítulos el proceso que se lleva a cabo para
la puesta en marcha de la empresa.
Por lo cual, se procedió a la recopilación de información con datos históricos, lo cual
ayudó a realizar un diagnóstico turístico sobre cada una de las actividades que se pueden
realizar en el sector con referencia a los deportes que se practican.
Así mismo, serán sustentadas legalmente por cada una de las leyes que se deben
adaptar al proyecto respetando la Constitución del 2008, Ley de Turismo, Reglamento de
Turismo, etc. Los distintos métodos utilizados en la investigación tales como encuestas,
muestra de la población, inventarios, además utilizar para el análisis externo Pestel, Porte
y cadena de valor.
Para constatar la rentabilidad del proyecto se realizó un flujo de caja el cual ayuda a
saber cuan sustentable y beneficioso es para su puesta en marcha, determinando un
análisis de la demanda, con el fin de realizar estrategias que ayuden a que la operadora
se mantenga en el mercado brindando un servicio de calidad a todos sus potenciales
clientes.

The project is focused on presenting a "Feasibility analysis for the creation of a tourist operator of extreme sports in the canton Ibarra, province of Imbabura", which aims to determine the profitability thereof, for which he was raised in various chapters the process is carried out for the launch of the company. Therefore, we proceeded to the collection of information with historical data, which helped to make a tourist diagnosis on each of the activities that can be performed in the sector with reference to the sports played.
