ANÁLISIS DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UN RESTAURANTE TEMÁTICO ANDINO EN LA PROVINCIA DEL GUAYAS CANTÓN GUAYAQUIL EN EL BARRIO LAS PEÑAS, INICIO DE LA CALLE NUMA POMPILIO LLONA.

Resumen
Este proyecto surge como una idea innovadora con la oportunidad de que no
existe un lugar igual en el sector para brindar nuevas experimentas a los
visitantes y turistas, con la visión y resultados estadísticos por su ubicación,
fácil acceso entre otros factores más harán que la propuesta sea un existo, la
idea de receptara la mayor cantidad de clientes no es solo con la finalidad
económica sino también la de brindar nuevas experiencias y sobre todo de
realzar lo hermoso de otras culturas y costumbres de la región andina. El
análisis de factibilidad del proyecto se ha comprobado mediante las encuestas
realizadas, el 69% de los encuestados eligieron la comida de la sierra para
poder probar otro tipo de comida a la ya acostumbrada en la costa. Para el
análisis económico del proyecto los métodos de cálculos que se ha realizado
son el financiero y el no financiero donde nos ha permitido calcular los
ingresos, egresos y gastos mediante la realización del flujo de caja. El “VAN”,
“TIR” y “PAYBACK” nos indica la evaluación de inversiones, los factores de
riesgo y el plazo de recuperación. La idea de este proyecto es mostrarle a los
visitantes del sector pero sobre todo a los turistas q van de paso por la ciudad q
en un momento de break que puede ser el de almuerzo, visiten el restaurante
para a más de saborear de la rica comida q allí se sirve conozcan por la
temática del lugar como es la cultura de la región vecina a la q se encuentran.
