y abastecimiento mundial: Serbia, Polonia, Países Bajos, e inclusive EUA.
Cuba, the Caribbean island that receives approximately 3,000,000 tourists a year and forecasts to increase this amount due to its slow but significant reopening of trade and diplomatic relations with the US. The aim of this study is to know under what conditions we can export Blackberry Frozen pulp for the hotel sector due to the limited variety in the supply of fruits and their culinary uses. The methodology used is exploratory and descriptive observation and studies of consumer preferences of tourists during the investigation we found that China is its sole supplier. There are several potential competitors for Ecuador due to the proximity of these with the island as well as producing for export. Among them are: Colombia, Mexico and Chile. And our strongest competitors due to its high production and worldwide supply: Serbia, Poland, the Netherlands, and even USA. The amount of pulp that the hotel sector in Cuba needs is approximately 1823 kilograms quarterly, an amount that Ecuador can supply. We have the 0% tariff preference on our products to enter Cuba. According to statistics the population has a preference for the consumption of frozen products because of their rapid use besides being a healthy choice. The export of frozen blackberry pulp generates Cuba welfare and greater delight of tourists visiting the island and Ecuador will be benefited penetrating a new market as long as they reach payment agreements effective and willing for the parties.
