Influencia del buen vivir en la promoción de la interculturalidad y la tolerancia en los estudiantes de educación básica superior en el colegio de bachillerato Duran

Resumen
La comunidad educativa enfrenta la falta de promoción de la interculturalidad y
tolerancia en los educandos, que resulta imprescindible para desarrollarse
íntegramente de la mano con la calidad y calidez de una educación. Siendo
Ecuador rico en diversidad de etnias, lenguas, religiones y costumbres que migran
para residir en otras ciudades con nuevas actividades laborales y los
adolescentes, nuevas vidas estudiantiles, con costumbres que se arraigan como
un divino tesoro. Así enfrentan a una sociedad que establece diferencias
expresando burlas, apodos, bromas y actitudes negativas, que afectan la
autoestima y rendimiento académico de los estudiantes que son objeto de
discriminación, bullying, racismo, e intolerancia. La necesidad de crear un
programa del buen vivir aplicada al código de convivencia del colegio de
bachillerato “Durán” nos permitiría disminuir actitudes aisladoras cumpliendo con
los derechos de los estudiantes a desarrollarse cognitiva y afectivamente
mejorando su entorno familiar, educativo y social. La metodología aplicada se
basa en métodos pedagógicos como: inductivo-deductivo, heurístico, técnicas de
observación áulica y encuestas cuyos resultados revelan: que se debe fomentar el
buen vivir en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje para la comprensión, bajo la
práctica de valores que le permitan interactuar con tolerancia, respeto, lealtad,
equidad, paz, integral y solidaria aplicando el buen vivir, para cultivar una sociedad
intercultural. Al tomar conciencia, los educadores somos los llamados a masificar
en los estudiantes actitudes y aptitudes axiológicas que formen al estudiante, no
solo de conocimientos científicos, filosóficos o empíricos, sino también a
enriquecer la espiritualidad a través de la convivencia diaria y la directa
interrelación

The need to create a program of good living applied to code baccalaureate school coexistence "Duran" we would reduce insulating attitudes fulfilling the rights of students to develop cognitive and affective improving family, educational and social environment. The methodology applied is based on pedagogical methods such as: inductive-deductive , heuristic, techniques aulic observation and surveys whose results reveal: it should encourage good living in the process of teaching and learning for understanding, under the practice of values that allow you to interact with tolerance, respect, loyalty, fairness, peace, solidarity and comprehensive application of the good life, to cultivate an intercultural society. By becoming aware, educators are called to massively in student attitudes and skills that are axiológicas the student not only of scientific, philosophical or empirical knowledge, but also to enrich the spirituality through daily interaction and direct interaction.
