Resumen
El objetivo principal sobre la propuesta de creación de una guardería es que brindará a los estudiantes universitarios la facilidad para que ellos puedan avanzar con sus estudios académicos. Con la finalidad de que dejen a sus hijos con la mayor tranquilidad posible y así puedan concentrarse en sus estudios. Brindando el cariño, protección, seguridad y enseñanza para que los infantes puedan demostrar sus destrezas y habilidades. Para ello hemos propuesto realizar talleres de alimentación adecuada, un acercamiento entre padres e hijos, se regirá en los horarios que cada uno
de ellos se les haga posible asistir, el cual permitirá que el niño o niña interactúe con sus padres logrando una cercanía y el infante sienta el amor y calor de sus padres. La gratificación para nosotras es que las madres y padres de familias universitarios hayan aprendido a cuidar y proteger a sus niños en cuanto a seguridad y alimentación y pongan en práctica lo enseñado ya que esta manera conoceremos sus necesidades e intereses. Para cumplir con la proyección se necesitará aplicar varias estrategias para captar y atraer la atención de los clientes y permanezcan leales a nosotras.
Esto nos garantizará el éxito de nuestra propuesta empresarial. La Guardería “Capturando Sonrisas” contará con un Capital de Operaciones de $14,957.20 siendo su inversión total de $64,375.20. A su vez se obtendrá un Capital Propio de $12,000.00 y un financiamiento bancario de $52,500.00
con pagos mensuales a 5 años plazo. Una vez expuesto la proyección financiera donde se demuestra el movimiento económico del negocio, permitirá constatar que el negocio es rentable.
The main objective about the proposal of creating a kindergarten is to offer university students the opportunity to facilitate their academic studies. That way they can continue their preparation. The objective is to allow them leave their children in the kindergarten, so they can keep studying, concentrating easily and not being worried about their children care. Giving care, protection, security and the learning that children need in order to grow healthy and develop their skills. For this aim we have proposed to develop workshops about the appropriate nutrition, a meeting between parents and their children, it will be delivered in schedules that each parent would find easy to attend. These workshops will let each child to interact with their parents, fulfilling his/her need to feel close to their parents, feel loved and warmth from them, too. Gratefulness is for us when university students who are parents, have learned to protect and take care of their children, about their security and nutrition. And then they are able to put into practice what they have been taught, because that way we are going to be able to know what their needs and interests. In order to fulfill our financial plan we will need to apply many strategies to attract and catch the future clients’ attention and then they can become permanent in our business. This will ensure the success of our company's proposal. The kindergarten “Smiles Capturing” it will count with a capital operations of $14,957.20 being its total investment of $64,375.20. Also, once to get a owns capital of $12,000.00 and a banking funding of $52,500.00 with paying monthly to five years terms. Also, once we have presented the financial goals where the economic flow of the business is demonstrated, it will allow us ensure this business is profitable.
