Resumen
En la sociedad actual la comunicación se ha convertido en un tema relevante, ya
que gracias a ella podemos expresar conocimientos, emociones etc. El objetivo que
tiene este trabajo de investigación es plantear el análisis sobre los beneficios que
incluye la misma para la conservación ambiental en la parroquia siete de octubre del
cantón Quevedo, este sector de la ciudad cuenta con alrededor de 1800 habitantes,
se tomó una muestra de 327 personas a quiénes se les efectuaron encuestas para
obtener los resultados de los análisis. El problema ambiental que tiene esta
población es la falta de comunicación con estrategias para preservar el medio
ambiente, las personas deben recibir capacitaciones sobre el tema. La metodología
empleada en este tema de investigación, permitió llegar a las conclusiones del
problema, se logró también recopilar información necesaria para cambiar el estilo de
vida de los moradores de la siete de octubre. Los métodos utilizados: el inductivo,
deductivo y analítico, para mejorar el contenido del trabajo se consideró la
investigación bibliográfica para reforzar la teoría, la misma que fue previamente
citada y consultada en libros. Los resultados extraídos demuestran las debilidades
de la comunicación, ya que no existe una planificación donde los interesados
aborden conocimiento viables del problema en cuestión.

Methods used: inductive, deductive and analytical, to improve the content of bibliographic research work to reinforce the theory, the same as was previously cited and consulted in books was considered. The extracted results demonstrate the weaknesses of communication because there is no planning where stakeholders to address viable knowledge of the problem in question
