Resumen
El cantón General Antonio Elizalde (Bucay) de la provincia del Guayas tiene como
objetivo ser uno de los referentes del turismo de aventura del país, la industria
turística es un motor de desarrollo económico y social que implica su
desenvolvimiento. Ecuador hace varias décadas visualizó al turismo como una
actividad fundamental para el crecimiento económico y social de los pueblos.
El presente proyecto investigativo tiene como finalidad diagnosticar y determinar el
servicio de alojamiento que brindan las hosterías en la ruta de las cascadas Bucay Chillanes
diseñando un plan de capacitación para los prestadores de servicios
turísticos, con el propósito de mejorar el servicio en el sector ya que está enfocado a
potenciar el turismo en el lugar.
Para la realización de este trabajo se aplicó el método de observación, y el método
de la investigación como encuestas y entrevistas, lo cual ayudó a obtener diferentes
puntos de vistas que permitieron mejorar la situación del problema planteado,
también se realizó el análisis de los resultados de toda la información recopilada
donde se comprobó con datos exactos y ficha de observación que el servicio no
cumple con las expectativas que requiere el huésped.
Por medio de la propuesta de un plan de capacitación los principales beneficiarios
serán los propietarios y colaboradores de las hosterías de la ruta de las cascadas,
con el fin de generar un impacto en el lugar, permitiendo potencializar en una
nueva estructura para brindar un buen servicio de calidad.
The general canton Antonio Elizalde (Bucay) of the province of Guayas aims to be one of the country's adventure tourism references, the tourist industry is an engine of economic and social development that involves its development. Ecuador several decades ago visualized tourism as a fundamental activity for the economic and social growth of peoples. The purpose of this research project is to diagnose and determine the accommodation service provided by inns in the route Bucay-Chillanes waterfalls, designing a training plan for tourism service providers, with the purpose of improving service in the sector which is focused on boosting tourism in the area. For the accomplishment of this work the method of observation was applied, and the method of the investigation like surveys and interviews, which helped to obtain different points of view that allowed to improve the situation of the raised problem, also the analysis of the results was realized Of all the information collected where it was verified with accurate data and observation sheet that the service does not meet the expectations that the guest requires. By means of the proposal of a training plan the main beneficiaries will be the owners and collaborators of the lodging house of the route of the waterfalls, in order to generate an impact in the place, allowing potentiating it in a new structure to provide a good service quality.
