ANÁLISIS DE LA OFERTA Y DEMANDA GASTRONÓMICA DE LA PARROQUIA TARIFA DEL CANTÓN SAMBORONDÓN PARA EL DISEÑO DE UN RESTAURANTE TEMÁTICO

Resumen
La presente investigación surge al detectar una deficiente oferta
gastronómica dentro de la parroquia Tarifa del cantón Samborondón. Teniendo
como objetivo principal analizar la oferta y demanda gastronómica de la
parroquia. La metodología que se utilizó fue de enfoque mixto de tipo
bibliográfico, de campo, no experimental y explicativo. Se utilizaron los métodos
teóricos como: el histórico lógico, analítico sintético y el inductivo deductivo y el
método empírico que es la observación. Se hizo uso de técnicas como: la
observación cuyas herramientas fueron la ficha, la encuesta de 14 preguntas
cerradas que se aplicó a una muestra de 384 turistas en tránsito en el Terminal
terrestre de la ciudad de Guayaquil y la entrevista realizada a la propietaria de
uno de los comedores establecidos en la parroquia. Identificando la ausencia
de establecimientos gastronómicos que brinden una completa oferta
acompañada de un buen servicio que pueda satisfacer las necesidades
alimenticias del turista. Por esta razón se propone la creación de un restaurante
temático que permita el desarrollo turístico y económico mejorando la calidad
de vida de la población.
The investigation arises after detecting a poor gastronomic supply within the Tarifa parish of the canton of Samborondon. With the main objetive of analyzing the gastronomic supply and demnad of the parish. The methodology used was a bibliographic, field, non- experimental and explanatory mixed focus. The theorical methods used were: the logical historical, synthetic analytical, inductive deductive and the empirical method which is the observation. The use of techniques such as: the observation whose tools were the file, a survey of 14 closed questions that was conducted to a sample of 384 tourists in transit at the Terminal Terrestre of the city of Guayaquil and the interview was performed to one of the owner of the diners established in the parish. Identifying the absence of gastronomic establishments that supply a complete offer accompanied by a good service that can meet the nutritional needs of tourists. For this reason, it is proposed a creation of a thematic restaurant which would increase the tourism and economic development improving the population quality of life.
