Propuesta de un plan tarifario para la planta de agua potable de la regional Bermejo de abajo del Cantón Santa Lucía de la Provincia de Guayas

Resumen
El siguiente proyecto está enfocado en la elaboración de un Plan Tarifario para el
cobro respectivo del servicio de agua potable a los usuarios de la Regional del Recinto Bermejo ubicado abajo del cantón Santa Lucía de la provincia del Guayas, esto se da por la insuficiente capacidad operativa y financiera del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal, para esto se debe realizar una investigación sobre la información total de las familias beneficiadas con el servicio de agua potable, luego elaborar un diagnóstico del plan tarifario actual, así también elaborar un estudio de cada uno de los componentes que intervendrían en el plan tarifario y por ultimo definir el valor del plan tarifario, teniendo recopilado estos datos se podrá dar solución que contribuya a la mejora de la estructura de
dicho sistema y que genere efectividad en el personal que forma parte de la institución. Para llegar a realizar la propuesta de la investigación en estudio se debe alzar información primaria y secundaria que llegue borrar las incógnitas mediante libros, artículos científicos, folletos, etc. Cabe destacar que para obtener resultados reales se utilizará la técnica de la encuesta que se realizará a las familias que se ven afectadas en el problema de la investigación, con el
análisis de los resultados se podrá aplicar cada uno de los puntos para la mejora del servicio de agua potable en los habitantes del recinto Bermejo.
The next project is focused on developing a Tariff Plan for the respective collection of drinking water to users of the Regional Campus Bermejo located below the canton St. Lucia in the province of Guayas, this occurs by insufficient operational capacity and financial of the Autonomous Government Decentralized Municipal, for this is due to conduct research on the total information of the families with potable water, then make a diagnosis of the current tariff plan and also prepare a study of each of the components to intervene in the rate plan and finally set the value of the tariff plan, having compiled these data may provide a solution that contributes to the improvement of the structure of the system and generate effectiveness in staff is part of the institution. To get to conduct the proposed research study should raise primary and secondary information coming erase the unknowns through books, scientific articles, brochures, etc. It should be noted that for real results the survey technique to be held to families who are affected by the problem of research, with analysis of the results can be applied each of the points for service improvement be used drinking water in the inhabitants of recinto Bermejo.
