Resumen
El trabajo que se presenta a continuación nace de las diferentes
necesidades comunicacionales que presenta la Facultad de
Comunicación Social de la Universidad de Guayaquil, partiendo de la falta
de estrategias de comunicación interna que desembocan en la poca
interacción personal existente entre estudiantes y en la falta de
vinculación de ellos con la facultad.
Es por lo expuesto que nace la idea de crear una Revista Digital que
otorgue facilidades para mejorar la interrelación entre todos los actores de
la comunidad educativa FACSO, entendiéndose por ella a los grupos de
interés, tal como lo son: directivos, docentes, y estudiantes, de tal manera
que se puedan afianzar los escasos canales de comunicación existentes.
En el primer capítulo de este trabajo investigativo se podrá encontrar el
problema de investigación y su análisis minucioso, así como los
lineamientos que servirán de guía para su posterior desarrollo tales como
objetivos, justificación y variables.
En el segundo capítulo se puede visualizar los diferentes fundamentos
teóricos relacionados con la comunicación, ya que fueron fundamentales
para el diseño de los capítulos posteriores.
En el tercer capítulo se incluyó la parte metodológica, utilizando la
investigación de campo principalmente al elaborar encuestas y entrevistas
que permitieron recabar la información necesaria para dar solución a las
incógnitas que planteaba el problema.
El cuarto capítulo se encuentra constituido con la presentación de los
resultados del estudio de campo, donde además de contar con la
información generada por encuestas y entrevistas, se incluyeron los
resultados del focus group y la observación directa.
El quinto capítulo consiste en la propuesta, la creación de una revista
digital que llevará por nombre “Comunidad Facso”, y dará la posibilidad de
crear vínculos entre los grupos de interés, conteniendo segmentos como
tu voz, Infotrámites, concursos y Grupos Facso.
The research below arises from the different communication needs presented by the Faculty of Social Comunication of the University of Guayaquil, starting with the lack of internal communication strategies that lead to the existence of little personal interaction between students and the lack of linking them with the faculty. For all these reasons appeared the idea to create a Digital Magazine granting facilities to improve the interplay between all actors in the educational community of FACSO, meaning it to the stakeholders, that are: principals, teachers, and students, so that they can secure the few existing communication channels. In the first chapter of this research work we will be able to find the problem of research and careful analysis and the guidelines that will guide further development such as objectives, rationale and variables. In the second chapter you can visualize the different theoretical foundations of communication, as they were fundamental to the design of the later chapters. In the third chapter the methodological part is included, using field research mainly in developing surveys and interviews allowed gathering the necessary information in order to resolve the questions that posed the problem. The fourth chapter is constituted with the presentation of the results of the field study, where in addition to the information generated by surveys and interviews, the results of focus groups and direct observation were included. called "FACSO Community", and give the possibility to create links between the groups of interest, containing segments like your voice, contests and Groups of FACSO.
