Resumen
El presente estudio “Análisis del proceso comunicativo entre ciudadanía
y la unidad de rescate UREM de la CTE, al momento de las emergencias
de tránsito, en la parroquia Virgen de Fátima, km. 26 del cantón
YAGUACHI, en el año 2015.”, busca conocer que la ciudadanía y los
miembros de la Unidad de Rescate de Emergencias Médicas logren una
excelente comunicación y capacidad de reacción al momento de
emergencias de tránsito. Por tal motivo, se aplicaron metodologías de
investigación que permitan despejar la hipótesis planteada a lo largo del
trabajo. Dentro del marco teórico se puede destacar las concepciones de
opinión pública y la influencia y transcendencia de las unidades de
rescate en general, a fin de elaborar un plan comunicacional que
fortalezca el proceso comunicativo y capacidad de reacción entre la
ciudadanía y la Unidad de Rescate de la CTE, al momento de las
emergencias de tránsito, en el km. 26, del cantón Yaguachi en el año
2015.
The present study "Analysis of the communicative process between citizenship and the rescue unit UREM of the CTE, at the moment of traffic emergencies, in the parish Virgen de Fátima, km. 26 YAGUACHI Canton, in 2015. ", seeks to know that citizens and members of the Medical Emergency Rescue Unit achieve excellent communication and responsiveness at the time of traffic emergencies. For this reason, we applied research methodologies that allow to clear the hypothesis raised throughout the work. Within the theoretical framework it is possible to emphasize the conceptions of public opinion and the influence and transcendence of the rescue units in general, in order to elaborate a communication plan that strengthens the communicative process and capacity of reaction between the citizenship and the Rescue Unit of The CTE, at the time of traffic emergencies, at km. 26, of the canton Yaguachi in the year 2015.
