Resumen
El Taller Motivacional está proyectado para incentivar a los estudiantes del Colegio Fiscal Técnico “Provincia de Chimborazo” a escoger la especialización de Contabilidad y Administración, debido que actualmente en nuestra Institución decrece el número de estudiantes, entre las diferentes causas tenemos el avance de la Tecnología, falta de infraestructura física para un laboratorio de Contabilidad. La investigación del tema presenta un resumen del por qué es imprescindible mantener esta carrera en nuestra Institución. En este proyecto detallamos la elaboración teórico-práctico, en el que se incluye los respectivos conceptos de los Documentos Comerciales básicos tales como factura, letra de cambio, cheques, comprobantes de retenciones y comprobantes de ingreso o egreso de acuerdo a la aplicación en las diferentes operaciones comerciales, el desarrollo de un proceso contable que comprende el Estado de Situación Financiera Inicial, Transacciones y Documentación Comercial, Libro Diario, Mayorizaciòn, Balance de Comprobación Estad de Resultado y Estado de Situación Financiera Final, Conceptos, Importancia, Estructura y Utilización de cada uno de estos registros contables. Es preciso destacar que todo nuestro taller motivacional está basado en el Marco Teórico con sus respectivas fundamentaciones que apoyan esta investigación. El diseño de la investigación , comprende los métodos inductivo-deductivo, lógico y comparativo en los que se realizan preguntas a contestar por los estudiantes; cada uno de los resultados de la investigación están procesados, analizados y cuantificados de manera porcentual, los mismos que se representan en gráficos estadísticos. Las variables las hemos considerado con claridad y exactitud; este proyecto es realizable debido a la originalidad y posibilidad que manifiesta. La Propuesta tiene como objetivo desarrollar talleres para los estudiantes del Colegio Fiscal “Provincia de Chimborazo”, haciéndoles concientizar y motivándolos para que desarrollen el proceso contable de empresas grandes y pequeñas llevar optimizando recursos y así encaminar la buena economía y el desarrollo de nuestro país
The Motivational Workshop is designed to encourage the students of the Technical Fiscal College "Chimborazo Province" to choose the specialization of Accounting and Administration, due to the fact that currently in our Institution the number of students decreases, among the different causes we have the advance of Technology , Lack of physical infrastructure for an accounting laboratory. The research of the subject presents a summary of why it is essential to maintain this career in our Institution. In this project we detail the theoretical-practical elaboration, which includes the respective concepts of the Basic Commercial Documents such as invoice, bill of exchange, checks, receipts vouchers and receipts or receipts according to the application in the different Commercial transactions, the development of an accounting process comprising the Statement of Initial Financial Situation, Commercial Transactions and Documentation, Daily Book, Wholesale, Balance of Income Statement and Statement of Final Financial Situation, Concepts, Importance, Structure and Utilization of each One of these accounting records. It should be noted that our entire motivational workshop is based on the Theoretical Framework with its respective foundations that support this research. The research design includes the inductive-deductive, logical and comparative methods in which questions are asked by the students; Each of the results of the research are processed, analyzed and quantified in a percentage way, the same that are represented in statistical graphs. The variables we have considered with clarity and accuracy; This project is realizable due to the originality and possibility that it manifests. The purpose of the Proposal is to develop workshops for the students of the "Chimborazo Province" Fiscal College, making them aware of and motivating them to develop the accounting process of large and small companies to optimize resources and thus guide the good economy and development of our country
