Resumen
La fecundidad adolescente ha venido aumentando desde la década de los noventa, lo cual está relacionado con un inicio más temprano y más rápido de la actividad sexual, mientras que se ha retardado el inicio de las uniones estables. La tendencia en el inicio de la actividad sexual ha llevado a que se observe un aumento en la maternidad entre adolescentes solteras. La planificación familiar juega un papel importante, pero su uso empieza después de que han iniciado relaciones sexuales. Este proyecto se desarrolla en el Colegio Fiscal Técnico „Otto Arosemena Gómez‟ de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Su objetivo es determinar la importancia y beneficios de la Educación Sexual en el Bachillerato, mediante una investigación bibliográfica y de campo, para contribuir a la orientación de las jóvenes y prevenir situaciones de embarazo precoz. El primer capítulo aborda el problema de investigación, y se describe la situación conflicto, causas y consecuencias, objetivos de la investigación y justificación. El marco teórico se enmarca en la conceptualización de sexualidad humana, Características de la adolescencia, Determinantes de la fecundidad en la Adolescencia, Factores asociados al embarazo en adolescentes, entre otros y se fundamenta en sustentos Epistemológicos, Sociológicos, Andragógicos, Psicológicos. La metodología de investigación comprende un trabajo bibliográfico, complementado con un trabajo de campo; para ello se elaboró una encuesta que se aplicó a maestros y estudiantes del plantel. De los resultados de la investigación surge el Diseño de un Manual de Educación Sexual dirigido a directivos, docentes, padres de familia y estudiantes. Los beneficiarios directos de las soluciones e innovaciones planteadas serán las estudiantes del Primer Año de Bachillerato del Colegio Fiscal Técnico „Otto Arosemena Gómez‟. Para lograr el objetivo planteado, es indispensable la colaboración de la comunidad educativa y la predisposición al cambio de actitud por parte de docentes y estudiantes de la institución
Adolescent fertility has been increasing since the 1990s, which is related to an earlier and faster onset of sexual activity, while the onset of stable marriages has been delayed. The trend in the onset of sexual activity has led to an increase in motherhood among unmarried adolescents. Family planning plays an important role, but its use begins after they have started sex. This project is developed in the Technical Tax School "Otto Arosemena Gómez" of the city of Guayaquil. Its objective is to determine the importance and benefits of Sex Education in the Baccalaureate, through a bibliographical and field research, to contribute to the orientation of the young women and to prevent situations of precocious pregnancy. The first chapter addresses the research problem, and describes the conflict situation, causes and consequences, research objectives and justification. The theoretical framework is framed in the conceptualization of human sexuality, Characteristics of adolescence, Determinants of fecundity in Adolescence, Factors associated with pregnancy in adolescents, among others and is based on Epistemological, Sociological, Andragogical, Psychological. The research methodology includes a bibliographical work, complemented with a field work; For this a survey was developed that was applied to teachers and students of the campus. From the results of the research arises the Design of a Manual of Sexual Education directed to managers, teachers, parents and students. The direct beneficiaries of the solutions and innovations raised will be the students of the First Year of Bachillerato of the Technical Fiscal College "Otto Arosemena Gómez". In order to achieve the stated objective, it is indispensable the collaboration of the educational community and the predisposition to the change of attitude on the part of teachers and students of the institution
