Resumen
El presente trabajo a realizar tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar una
propuesta urbanística arquitectónica dirigido a la población de la zona rural del cantón
Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno, el mismo que está ubicado al noroeste de la provincia del
Guayas a 60 km, que debido a encontrarse en zonas bajas y carecer de infraestructura
fluvial presenta un alto porcentaje de inundaciones en época invernal por lo que cuenta
con un alto déficit de vivienda y un alto porcentaje de vivienda en mal estado.
Las fuentes primarias se da por el contacto visual obtenidas en el campo de estudio,
encuestas realizadas donde los habitantes muestran su inconformidad por no contar con
una vivienda que le brinde seguridad y protección frente a los fenómenos naturales que se
presenta cada año en su diario vivir debido a las frecuentes inundaciones en temporada de
invierno ya que el mismo carece de infraestructura, por lo que se requiere una pronta
solución de un prototipo de vivienda Bioclimática palafito que le brinde la seguridad
necesaria antes la problemática que presentan , a más de ser una vivienda que resista a los
diferentes aspectos climatológicos del sector también se trata de trabajar en el diseño de
una vivienda donde se aproveche de estos recursos en beneficio de sus habitantes.
This work to be done has as main objective to develop an architectural urban proposal aimed at the population of the rural area of the canton Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno, the same that is located northwest of the province of Guayas at 60 km, which due to meet in lowlands and lack of river infrastructure has a high percentage of floods in winter time so it has a high housing deficit and a high percentage of housing in disrepair. The primary sources is given by eye contact obtained in the field of study, surveys where people show their dissatisfaction by not having a home that gives you security and protection against natural phenomena that occurs every year in their daily lives due to frequent flooding in winter since it lacks infrastructure, so that a prompt solution of a prototype bioclimatic palafita that gives you the security needed before the problems presented is required, in addition to being a home that resist the different climatic aspects of the sector it is also working on the design of a house which take advantage of these resources for the benefit of its inhabitants.
