Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación de Prevención de Riesgos
Psicosociales en el Consorcio Consermin Procopet empresa de servicios
petroleros de construcción civil y electromecánica, orientado a
concientizar y alerta sobre la gravedad del problema, con el objetivo de
crear una reflexión que incite a la acción en beneficio de los trabajadores
involucrados en este sector. Por otro lado, de contribuir con un ejemplo de
una valiosa herramienta de evaluación para los psicólogos, médicos y
responsables de seguridad industrial brindado una información actual y
clara sobre los riesgos de carácter psicosocial inherentes a los puestos de
trabajo, que les permitirá conocer y aplicar medidas preventivas para
mejorar la salud de los trabajadores. La metodología empleada en la
presente investigación fue la toma de encuesta a los trabajadores,
mediante los lineamientos y aplicación del Método CoPsoQ-ISTAS 21,
donde se determinó resultados de la exposición a los diferentes factores
de riesgo psicosocial y se realizó las recomendaciones y propuestas que
deberían tomarse para minimizar el impacto psicológico sobre los
trabajadores.
The present investigation of the psychosocial risk prevention in the Consorcio Consermin Procopet, a company that brings construction and engineering services, as aimed at raising and warn about how serious the problem that actually is, with the main objective of creating a deep thought that leads to an action in benefit of the workers that are involved inside this area. On the other hand, contribute with a valuable tool reference that can be used by Psychologists, Doctors and all the people who directly work in the industrial security field by giving a complete up to date information about the psychological risks, this can let them know and apply preventive measures to improve the health of all the workers. The methodology used on this investigation was the surveys on workers by the application and alignments about the CoPsoQ-ISTAS 21 Method, were it can be confirmed the results about the direct exposure to different kinds of psychosocial risks environment, new recommendations were done so in the future minimize the psychosocial impact on the workers of a company.
