Resumen
El trabajo de tesis, cuyo lugar de estudio está ubicado en el cantón Durán-Provincia del Guayas, diseñado para un Complejo Deportivo Ecológico, es un aporte no solo a la ciudad sino para el país, con visión de desarrollo sostenible. Considerando la necesidad de los habitantes de disfrutar deportes en instalaciones adecuadas y que gocen de un ambiente saludable con elementos aptos para su recreación como: canchas deportivas, juegos de salón , juegos infantiles, entre otros; convencidos de la necesidad de contribuir a mejorar la condición de vida y al impulso turístico del cantón, se analiza con el GAD y habitantes la factibilidad de la ejecución del proyecto, con el fin de brindar recreación segura y saludable como respuesta a las necesidades identificadas..
