Análisis del impacto de los microcréditos y su contribución hacia el sector de la Economía Popular y Solidaria en Portoviejo 2012-2013

Resumen
La tesis contiene un breve análisis del impacto que han tenido los microcréditos al
sector económico y social y otros relativos a los microempresarios tanto formales
como informales que laboran dentro de la ciudad; se realiza un estudio de los
microcréditos que presentas las instituciones financieras sean públicas o privadas,
considerando a los bancos y cooperativas, reguladas bajo la normativa dispuesta
por la superintendencia de bancos y seguros; el tipo de negocios más imponentes
en el sector, así, como los mecanismos que estos utilizan para incrementar sus
utilidades; se realiza un análisis situacional de la ciudad, considerando sus
principales afluente, zonas turísticas, actividades tradicionales, comerciales y
financieras censadas en el último periodo, estableciendo el 23.2% de la población
total destinada a la actividad del comercio al por mayor y menor, considerando que
Portoviejo presenta un 65.3% de personas pobres pero con ideas innovadoras de
emprendimiento laboral. Finalmente, se propone bajo la responsabilidad de la
autora, la incorporación de una línea de crédito que impulse los emprendimientos
microempresariales, enfocado a los jóvenes portovejenses que coadyuven al
desarrollo sostenido de la ciudad.
The thesis contains a brief analysis of the impact that have had micro-credits to the economic and social sector and others relating to micro-entrepreneurs both formal and informal that working within the city; this thesis is a study of micro-credits that show financial institutions, whether public or private, considering banks and cooperatives, controlled under the regulations established by the Bank´s Superintendence and Insurance; the most important business type of this sector, as well as the way that these use to increase their profit; in this context to develop a situational analysis of the city, considering its main tributary, tourist areas, traditional, commercial, and financial activities surveyed in the last period, establishing the 23.2% of the total population for the activity of the trade to the wholesale and retail, considering that Portoviejo has a 65.3% of poor people but with innovative employment entrepreneurship ideas. Finally, it proposes under the responsibility of the author, the addition of a line of credit that impulse microbusiness entrepreneurial, focused young people of Portoviejo, who contribute to the sustained development of the city.
