Resumen
Al aplicar los conocimientos de Estomatología en el análisis de las
técnicas de conservación de las estructuras Buco-Máxilo Facial de un
cadáver carbonizado en Odontología Legal se ha demostrado que son de
gran ayuda en la identificación, pues estos se basan en aspectos
fisiológicos y en las variaciones adquiridas del aparato estomatognático,
lo que permite la elaboración de métodos y técnicas especiales para
estos fines siendo este el principal objetivo. Según las condiciones en las
que se hayan los cadáveres carbonizados puede resultar un poco
complejo el mantener en buen estado las estructuras físicas
especialmente faciales sin embargo resulta de vital importancia el
examinar el sistema estomatognático ya que este al encontrarse
protegido guarda datos reveladores de la identidad del sujeto.
Investigaremos la importancia de las diferentes técnicas de conservación
de las estructuras faciales y orales en los procesos de identificación, de
los cadáveres carbonizados; y cuando por acción del fuego han
desaparecido elementos que permitan la certera identificación de los
restos humanos disponibles. Se realizaron estudios de los cambios
físicos macro y micro estructurales que ocurren en los tejidos dentales y
en los materiales de obturación dental al ser sometidos a altas
temperaturas, teniendo como conclusión estos procedimientos que nos
permitirá eventualmente, apoyar la evaluación de los restos humanos
carbonizados para determinar qué tipos de tratamientos odontológicos
existían en la boca (prótesis, implantes, obturaciones, extracciones, etc) y
los biomateriales dentales con que se elaboraron (resina, amalgama, oro,
etc) y a su vez también ayudara aplicar cotejos pre- y post-mortem con la
historia clínica odontológica y establecer la identificación fehaciente de
un individuo a pesar del grado de carbonización en que se encuentre.
By applying the knowledge of Stomatology in the analysis of the conservation techniques of Oral and Maxillofacial structures of a charred body in Legal Dentistry has been shown to be helpful in the identification, as these are based on physiological aspects and the acquired variations of the oral cavity, allowing the development of special methods and techniques for these purposes being the main objective. Depending on the conditions under which they have been charred corpses can be a bit complex to maintain in good condition the particular facial physical structures but it is vital to examine the stomatognathic system as this to be protected saved data revealing the identity of the subject. We will investigate the importance of different conservation techniques and oral facial structures in the process of identification of the charred corpses; and when fire action are missing elements to the accurate identification of human remains available. Studies of macro and structural micro physical changes that occur in dental tissues and dental filling materials when subjected to high temperatures, with the conclusion that these procedures will eventually allow us were made, support the evaluation of charred human remains for determine what types of dental treatments exist in the mouth (prosthesis, implants, fillings, extractions, etc.) and dental biomaterials that (resin, amalgam, gold, etc) were developed and in turn help implement pre- and post codisks mortem denta
