Determinar los costos operacionales de una empresa de publicación de la ciudad de Guayaquil en su parque automotor para reducir gastos mediante análisis y fijación en su tiempo de vida útil.

Resumen
Este estudio propone la determinación de los costos operacionales del parque automotor en un medio de publicación de la ciudad de Guayaquil, con el objetivo de demostrar cuales son los gastos elevados innecesarios que se están realizando actualmente en la empresa, por operar con unidades que ya cumplieron su ciclo de vida útil de manera técnica y contable. Por tal motivo se identificó cuando se presentan los rubros más críticos, y que se visualizaron en una investigación estadística de gastos de mantenimiento realizados desde el inicio de operación a la actualidad, a través de un gráfico estadístico durante los primeros años de operatividad; estableciendo lo que sería un sistema operacional del parque automotor liberando de altos gastos en el que se incurría luego del quinto año. Este estudio de estadística descriptiva identifico que los gastos son excesivo e injustificables para la operación por lo cual se plantea un convenio y así lograr reducir los costos operativos por consiguiente se recomienda que los vehículos operen solo los cincos primeros años para así reducir el costo de mantenimiento y operatividad de todo el parque automotor y al final de lo considerado en el estudio el activo sea transferido en un valor remanente hacia el usuario.
This study aims to determine the operating costs of the vehicle fleet in a Publication media of Guayaquil, in order to demonstrate what unnecessary high costs currently have being made in the company, to operate with units that have completed their technical and economical life cycle. Therefore it was identified and the most critical items are presented, and visualized on a statistical investigation of maintenance costs incurred since the beginning of the operation up to the present, through a statistical graphic in the first years of operation; establishing what would be an operational system of the fleet releasing high expenses which are incurred after the fifth year. This study identified descriptive statistics, that expenses are excessive and will not be justified for the operation which plans an agreement and achieve lower operating costs, is therefore recommended that the vehicles operate only first five years to reduce the cost of maintenance and operation of the entire fleet and at the end of what is considered in the study the asset is transferred on a remaining value to the user.
