Propuesta de implementación del sistema de detección y alarmas de incendio para los edificios de la Ciudadela Universitaria y la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad de Guayaquil.

Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación propone el diseño de un sistema de detección y alarmas de incendio para los edificios de la Ciudadela Universitaria y la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad de Guayaquil, estableciendo un procedimiento sistematizado de protección de igniciones a través de la norma Asociación Nacional de Protección contra el Fuego denominado NFPA, así mismo el cálculo de distribución y espaciamiento de dispositivos con el código nacional de alarmas de incendio la normativa NFPA 72. Los resultados del análisis exponen que la institución académica no cumple con las medidas de seguridad establecidas en los reglamentos de la legislación ecuatoriana tanto para el personal de estudiantes como para los trabajadores del mismo, especialmente en las vías de evacuación, iluminación, sistema de extinción y de rociadores. Finalmente se propone la implementación del sistema, provista de paneles y dispositivos inteligentes direccionables para toda la Institución con una inversión aproximada de $ 6.729.659,91 para la Ciudadela Universitarias y $ 267.603,30 para la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial. La propuesta abarca a todos los edificios del Campus Salvador Allende y edificio de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial, conjuntamente incluye un plan de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo para este sistema, de esta forma se contribuye en la prevención y control de los riesgos en incendios más relevantes que se han identificado ayudando en la gestión de seguridad e higiene del trabajo que disponen las autoridades competentes simultáneamente con normas internacionales. La presente investigación también ha contribuido con 17 trabajos de titulación de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial sobre el diagnostico de Seguridad y Salud ocupacional de la Universidad.
This research will introduce the design of a detection system and fire alarms for buildings of the University Campus and the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Guayaquil, establishing a systematic protection ignitions through the National Association standards of fire Protection NFPA appointed, and also calculating distribution and spacing devices with the National Fire Alarm Code NFPA 72. The investigation results state that the university does not have the security measures established in the regulations of the Ecuadorian legislation, for students and staff workers of the mentioned places, especially of the escape routes, lighting, extinguishing system, and sprinkler. Finally the implementation of the proposed system, provided with addressable panels and smart devices for the entire institution with an investment of $ 6.729.659,91 for the Campus University and $ 267.603,30 for the School of Industrial Engineering. This proffer covers all Salvador Allende campus buildings and the facilities of the Industrial Engineering School, and also includes the preventive, corrective, predictive plan of maintenance for both systems, thus contributing to the prevention and control of fire risks that have been identified by the Safety and Health at Work authorities simultaneously with international standards. This research has also contributed with other 17 degree projects from the Industrial Engineering School on the diagnosis and corresponding to the units and departments to the Occupational Safety and Health of the University of Guayaquil.
