Análisis de la gestión administrativa y de la gestión de talento humano en la Facultad Piloto de Odotología de la Universidad de Guayaquil enfocado en el Sistema de Auditoria de Riesgos de Trabajo (SART).

Resumen
El desarrollo de este estudio tiene como propósito de diagnosticar la situación actual de los distintos factores que afectan a la integridad del personal de la institución, cuya finalidad es minimizar los riesgos a los que están expuestos, monitoreando constantemente a través de inspecciones y mediciones a las diferentes variables que puedan ocasionar dichos riesgos. Paralelamente con los trabajos de titulación del señor Patricio Vergara orientado en la Gestión Técnica y Julio Yépez orientado en la Gestión de Procedimientos y Programas Básicos, los tres trabajos aportan la investigación de la Ingeniera Gabriela Serrano “Propuesta del Sistema de Gestión”. Se realizó la investigación de campo en la Facultad Piloto de Odontología de la Universidad de Guayaquil, mediante equipos de mediciones calificados, matriz de riesgo del Ministerio de Relaciones Laborales y aplicando un cuestionario de información sobre la seguridad e higiene industrial, y el desempeño laboral. Cabe indicar que el diagnóstico del SART de la gestión mencionada tiene una calificación de 1.7 y presentan nueve no conformidades mayores. Las recomendaciones del estudio son 50. Para cuya implementación la facultad deberá invertir un valor de $ 467.509.06
The development of this study is intended to analyze the current status of various factors that affect the integrity of the institution's staff, the purpose of which is to minimize the risks to which they are exposed. This can be achieved through the implementation of diverse mechanisms’ such as: constantly monitored inspections which produce measurements of the different variables that can cause such risks. In concurrence with the work of titration of Mr. Patricio Vergara oriented in the Technical Management and of Mr. Julio Yépez conform to the management of procedures and core programs, the three jobs reinforce the conclusions of the investigation of research engineer Gabriela Serrano entitled; "Proposal Management System". This research was conducted at the campus of the Pilot Faculty of Dentistry in the University of Guayaquil, by employing equipment that exhibited qualified measurements combined with inquest results of exposed liabilities in concordance with the Ministry of Labor Relations, then applying a questionnaire of information on safety, industrial hygiene and job performance. It should be noted that the diagnosis of the SART applied to the mentioned application has a rating of 1.7 and presents nine major nonconformities. There are a total of 50 recommendations that the investigation makes reference to. To implement these modifications the investment would surpass the amount of $467.509.06.
