Resumen
Los postes prefabricados que tienen mayor éxito en la actualidad son los postes metálicos de titanio debido a sus múltiples propiedades que hacen que este poste tenga gran apogeo dentro de la rehabilitación oral. Los postes flexibles de titanio, que se lo puede encontrar en el mercado con el nombre comercial Filpost, es uno de los postes que en la actualidad se lo utiliza con más frecuencia debido a sus propiedades biocompatibles con los tejidos dentarios y su módulo de elasticidad similar a la dentina, consiguiendo un mayor éxito a la preparación a restaurar.
La finalidad de este caso clínico es mejorar el eje longitudinal del diente en una paciente joven con antecedentes de mal posiciones dentaria, que no quiere volver a usar ortodoncia y con altas expectativas estéticas. El tratamiento que se realizo fue la aplicación de un poste flexible de titanio (Filpost), con el cual logramos redirigir el eje longitudinal de la corona clínica unos milímetros hacia palatino, además se observa que el diseño del tallado es un poco agresivo en la superficie vestibular del diente debido a su posición dentaria que esta vestibularizada a comparación de los otros dientes. Posterior a esto se realizara la colocación de una corona de porcelana pura logrando así la restauración del diente en estética y sobretodo funcionalidad.

The treatment that I realize was the application of a flexible post of titanium (Filpost), with which we manage forwards the longitudinal axis of the clinical crown a few millimeters towards court, in addition is observed that the design of the carved one is a bit aggressive in the vestibular surface of the tooth due to his position dentaria that this vestibularizada to comparison of other teeth. Later to this there was realized the placement of a crown of pure porcelain achieving this way the restoration of the tooth in aesthetics and overcoat functionality.
