Resumen
El valor estético de una restauración en prótesis fija es parcialmente influenciado por múltiples factores como: grosor de la cerámica, color del agente cementante, color de la estructura dental subyacente, limitaciones de las guías de colores disponibles, composición de los materiales cerámicos, etc. que pueden interferir en la correcta selección del color, siendo un problema clínico muy común. El propósito de este trabajo es hacer una revisión bibliográfica es determinar la luz el color y su percepción durante la terapia restauradora fija en dientes anterosuperiores en pacientes.es así que la habilidad para seleccionar el color de las restauraciones metal-cerámicas y totalmente cerámicas, así como, la capacidad para reproducir las características del diente con apariencia natural, constituyen el principal problema asociado a la estética en el campo de la rehabilitación oral. El conocimiento de la naturaleza de la luz, de cómo el ojo percibe y el cerebro interpreta la luz como un color, es muy importante para el éxito de las restauraciones estéticas. Debido a que, una incorrecta selección puede ser un problema y una fuente de insatisfacción tanto para el paciente como para el odontólogo. Eso evita que se concentre en otros puntos importantes como: planificación del tratamiento, preparación del diente y confección de las coronas provisionales. La selección del color es un proceso complejo pues muchos factores pueden influenciarlo tales como: la fuente de luz, el observador, el ambiente y la comunicación con el técnico del laboratorio dental. Otros factores que también pueden afectar la selección del color son: la textura superficial, los tejidos circundantes, el color del substrato, el color del agente cementante, la disposición espacial y el tipo de material utilizado en la restauración. Con el aumento de la exigencia estética por parte de los pacientes, es importante lograr una apariencia natural en las restauraciones estéticas.
The aesthetic value of a fixed prosthetic restoration is partially influenced by multiple factors such as thickness of the ceramic color cementing agent, color of the underlying tooth structure, limitations guides available colors, composition of ceramic materials, etc. which may interfere with the correct selection of color, being a common clinical problem. The purpose of this paper is to review the literature to determine the light color and perception for restorative therapy in upper front teeth fixed in pacientes.es so the ability to select the color of the restorations metal-ceramic and all-ceramic as well as, the ability to reproduce the characteristics of natural tooth appearance, the main problem associated with aesthetics in the field of oral rehabilitation. Knowledge of the nature of light, how the eye perceives and the brain interprets the light as a color, it is very important to the success of aesthetic restorations. Because a wrong selection can be a problem and a source of dissatisfaction for both patient and dentist. This keeps focus on other important issues such as treatment planning, tooth preparation and making temporary crowns. The color selection is a complex process because many factors can influence it such as the light source, the observer, the environment and communication with the dental laboratory technician. Other factors may also affect the selection of color are: surface texture, the surrounding tissues, the color of the substrate, the color of cementing agent, the spatial arrangement and type of material used in the restoration. With increasing aesthetic demand from patients, it is important to achieve a natural appearance in esthetic restorations.
