Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal estudiar la Viabilidad Técnica y Económica para la Expansión de Talleres Soldafrío del Ecuador. La dificultad de la investigación emerge cuando se registran los siguientes problemas: retrasos en el tiempo de entrega de las piezas, distribución de planta errada, infraestructura en mal estado. Al realizar el análisis respectivo de cada uno de los problemas, se concluye con el estudio correspondiente, que la compra de la maquina rectificadora de cigüeñales, la redistribución de planta y una ampliación física del taller, se minimizan los problemas identificados. En el estudio de dicho trabajo, se utilizaron métodos, técnicas y herramientas de Ingeniería Industrial, donde se determinó una solución óptima para la redistribución de planta, mejorando el proceso de rectificación de piezas. En cuanto al aspecto económico se refiere, básicamente con el cálculo de la inversión de la compra de maquinaria, la expansión física del taller y la determinación de los costos, se pudo conocer la rentabilidad del proyecto, lo que finalmente definió la viabilidad técnica y económica del mismo.
The present investigation had as principal objetive the study of the technical and economic viability for the expansion of "Talleres Soldafrío Ecuador". The investigation problem arises when the following symptoms are identified: time delays in the delivery of parts, distribution of wrong plant, and infrastructure in bad condition. When performing the respective analysis of each problem, the corresponding study detected, the purchase of a crankshafts grinding machine, plant redistribution and a physical amplification of the workshop. During the execution of said work, there were used some methods, technologies and tools of Industrial Engineering. In the technical research study, there were applied industrial engineering techniques, plant layout and various details of the motor rectification process were. In reference to the economic aspect, basically calculating the machinery purchase investment, the physical expansion of the workshop and the determination of costs, gave the profitability of the project, which ultimately defined the technical and economic viability of it.
