Evaluación de las estrategias de aprendizaje en el campo de las matemáticas de los docentes del Colegio José Joaquín de Olmedo

Resumen
El presente proyecto es de gran importancia en la aplicación de una
evaluación continua, permanente, colaborativa, formativa e integral a
las estrategias del aprendizaje que utiliza el docente al impartir los
conocimientos, siendo la evaluación del aprendizaje uno de los
indicadores del grado de eficacia y eficiencia con que se medirán los
contenidos científicos y metodológicos de la asignatura de
matemáticas. Hay que considerar que el aprendizaje es subjetivo por
lo cual los/as estudiantes no aprenden de igual forma durante el
proceso; lo cual implica la necesidad de estrategias de aprendizaje.
La evaluación de las estrategias y de los aprendizajes serán
indicadores del grado de eficiencia, eficacia y coherencia con que se
valora el conocimiento cognitivo, procedimental y actitudinal, para
esto el o la docente debe utilizar estrategias metodológicas que
logren por medio de técnicas activas, participativas, cooperativas y
colaborativas, con visión holística y hermenéutica, integrar lo
cotidiano con lo científico, llegar al aprendizaje socialmente
significativo y funcional. El planteamiento de la investigación se
basa en el desglose de las variables dependientes, independiente,
objetivos generales y específicos tomados del problema que sirven
como eje para disminuir las falencias y hacer del proceso de
aprendizaje una tarea fructífera. Se presenta la propuesta con
técnicas y estrategias en un módulo didáctico para el docente de
fácil aplicación en el área de matemática, permitiendo mejorar el
desarrollo de las habilidades, destrezas con criterios de desempeño
en los y las estudiantes, acorde a los indicadores que se
implementarán desde abril en nuestra región. La modalidad de la
investigación es un proyecto factible con un enfoque de trabajo de
campo y bibliográfico, fundamentada en encuestas y entrevistas que
indican los aspectos cuantitativos y cualitativos. Los beneficiarios
son los estudiantes y los docentes del Colegio Fiscal Mixto José
Joaquín de Olmedo de la ciudad de Guayaquil.
This project is of great importance in the implementation of continuous assessment, ongoing, collaborative, comprehensive training and learning strategies used by teachers to impart knowledge, assessment of learning being one of the indicators of the effectiveness and measured efficiency with which the scientific content and methodology of the mathematics. Consider that learning is subjective so the students do not learn the same way during the process, which implies the need for learning strategies. The evaluation of learning strategies and are indicators of the efficiency, effectiveness and coherence with which assesses the cognitive knowledge, procedural and attitudinal, for this or the teacher should use methodological strategies to achieve through active techniques, participatory , cooperative and collaborative, with holistic and hermeneutic, integrating science with everyday life, to reach the socially meaningful and functional learning. The research approach is based on the distribution of the dependent variables, independent, general and specific objectives drawn from the problem that serve as hubs for reducing the gaps and make the learning process fruitful task. Shows the proposed techniques and strategies in a teacher training module for easy implementation in the area of mathematics, allowing a better development of skills, abilities with performance on the students, according to indicators that will be implementedsince April in our region. The research method is a feasible project with a focus on fieldwork and literature, based on surveys and interviews indicate quantitative and qualitative aspects. The beneficiaries are students and teachers of the School Board Attorney José Joaquín de Olmedo Guayaquil.
