ANÁLISIS DE LA DEMANDA TURÍSTICA DEL RECINTO PUERTO EL MORRO PROVINCIA DEL GUAYAS, PARA EL DISEÑO DE UNA HOSTERÍA ECOLÓGICA

Resumen
Durante el proceso de investigación del proyecto titulado “Análisis de la
demanda turística del Recinto Puerto El Morro para el diseño de una hostería
ecológica” se identificaron varias problemáticas que acontecen en el sector,
estableciendo como la más representativa la escasa infraestructura hotelera con
la que cuenta el Recinto Puerto El Morro. Con el uso de información bibliográfica
y de entrevistas realizadas a dueños de operadoras de turismo del sector se
establecieron teorías que ayudaron a formar el marco teórico, parte fundamental
para el desarrollo y conocimiento del tema de estudio. A través del uso correcto
de técnicas y métodos de investigación se determinó que si existe demanda de
servicios de alojamiento y que la poca o escasa oferta hotelera en Puerto El
Morro incurra en que los turistas decidan alojarse en otros lugares limitando al
desarrollo turístico del Recinto. Mediante el análisis de las encuestas y
entrevistas se obtuvieron resultados que ayudaron a concluir que un gran
porcentaje de turistas si están de acuerdo con la implantación de una hostería
ecológica en Puerto El Morro y así poder aportar al mejoramiento de la oferta
hotelera del lugar.
Por medio de un estudio financiero y el análisis de los indicadores
financieros VAN y TIR, se constató la factibilidad del proyecto.
During the research process of the project entitled "Analysis of the tourist demand of the Puerto El Morro enclosure for the design of an ecological inn", several problems were identified that happen in the sector, establishing as the most representative the scarce hotel infrastructure with which it counts The Puerto El Morro Precinct. With the use of bibliographical information and interviews with owners of tourism operators in the sector, theories were established that helped to form the theoretical framework, a fundamental part for the development and knowledge of the study topic. Through the correct use of investigative techniques and methods, it was determined that if there is a demand for accommodation services and that the scarce or scarce hotel supply in Puerto El Morro incurs that tourists decide to stay in other places limiting the tourist development of the site. Through the analysis of the surveys and interviews results were obtained that helped to conclude that a large percentage of tourists agree with the establishment of an ecological inn in Puerto El Morro and thus contribute to the improvement of the hotel supply of the place. Through a financial study and the analysis of the financial indicators VAN and TIR, the feasibility of the project was verified.
