Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre el análisis de la
oferta y la demanda turística en el Barrio Las Peñas en la ciudad de
Guayaquil, se pudo evidenciar que el sector cuenta con una gran
demanda y poca oferta de servicios de bares o diversión para cubrir dicha
demanda; el objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar esa oferta
y demanda para diseñar un bar temático en el Barrio, utilizando los tipos
metodología como analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo, descriptiva. Los
instrumentos aplicados para la recolección de datos fueron: la
observación, la encuesta aplicadas a una población de 2700 visitantes
que acuden al lugar, y la entrevista, a la coordinadora de turismo de la
prefectura y a la Jefa de promoción turística y calidad del Municipio. A
través de la fórmula finita se obtuvo una muestra de 336 personas,
logrando como resultado que, personas entre 18 y 40 años son frecuentes
visitantes del Barrio, cuya preferencia de consumo son bebidas que se
expenden en los lugares de diversión nocturna pero que no se sienten
satisfechos. Se plantea el diseño de un bar temático que ayude a cubrir la
demanda para impulsar el desarrollo socio – económico y turístico del
sector, creando fuentes de empleo y mejorando la imagen del Barrio Las
Peñas en cuanto a lugares de diversión se refiere.
This research deals with the analysis of the offer and demand of tourism in the Barrio Las Peñas in the city of Guayaquil, it was possible to show that the sector has a great demand and a small offer of pubs or entertainment services to cover this demand; The main objective of this research is to analyze that offer and demand, to design a thematic pub in the neighborhood, using the methodology types as analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive, descriptive. The instruments applied to the data collection were: observation, the survey applied to a population of 2700 visitors who come to the place, and the interview to the tourism coordinator of the prefecture and the head of tourism promotion and quality of the City Hall. Through the finite formula, a sample of 336 people was obtained, getting as a result that people between 18 and 40 years are frequent visitors of the Neighborhood, whose preference of consumption are drinks that are sold in the places of night fun but, that do not feel satisfied. It is proposed to the design of a thematic pub to help satisfy the demand, to boost the socio - economic and tourism development of the sector, creating employment sources and improving the image of Barrio Las Peñas in terms of entertainment.
