Resumen
Poca oferta de servicios de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo especializado de vehículos en la ciudad de Milagro, demuestra la factibilidad de crear un taller que brinde servicios de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, se proyecta la demanda actual aplicando mínimos cuadrados, calcula la demanda insatisfecha a partir del análisis de la demanda y oferta actual, presenta un análisis del mercado determinando los precios de los servicios actuales, calcula el tamaño de la planta tomando el 23% de la demanda insatisfecha, define la ubicación del proyecto aplicando el método cualitativo por puntos. Determina el personal y los equipos requeridos para ofrecer el servicio, presenta los diagramas de operaciones y de recorrido de los servicios, determina la organización que se requiere para su funcionamiento. Es necesario realizar inversiones las cuales se estiman en un monto aproximado de $253.140,81 de este monto plantea financiar $ 34.000 en base a un crédito bancario, y el saldo lo cubrirán los accionistas, para este efecto realiza el estudio financiero, donde determina las rentabilidades sobre el capital de: 61%, sobre la inversión de: 36% y sobre el servicio de: 16%, además realiza el cálculo del VAN y del TIR obteniéndose los siguientes valores: $ 33.133,60 VAN positivo y de 60,48% de TIR, lo cual indica que es viable financieramente. Personal debe ser calificado y entrenado periódicamente en cuanto a nuevas tecnologías, establecer un proceso sistemático de reclutamiento de los técnicos jóvenes, con ganas de triunfar, realizar un plan de marketing para dar a conocer el servicio a ofrecer
The low supply of preventive and corrective maintenance specialized in vehicles in the city of Milagro, demonstrates the feasibility of creating a workshop that provides services for preventive and corrective maintenance, the current demand is projected applying minimum squares, estimated unmet demand from demand analysis and current offer, presents a market analysis determining the prices of existing services, calculates the size of the plant taking 23% of unsatisfied demand, defines the location of the project by applying the qualitative method by points.
