Mejoramiento en el proceso de alineación y balanceo en el taller automotriz Apavial S.A. utilizando la técnica de las 5S.

Resumen
Esta investigación se realiza con el fin de obtener una mejora en el proceso de alineación y balanceo de la empresa Apavial S.A. Se ha identificado las áreas críticas mediante el análisis cualitativo a través de una encuesta técnica, confirmando así la presencia de acumulación de re proceso y procesamiento incorrecto, por ello se disminuyen las MUDAS y se estandariza las actividades que intervienen en el servicio, se cuantifican los problemas y se visualiza el impacto económico, además se muestra el valor a minimizar por problema utilizando el método propuesto de las 5S. Se estableció un monto de $2700 como inversión total del proyecto el cual será recuperado en un período no mayor a 4.2 meses. Posteriormente, se realizó una evaluación financiera obteniendo un VAN positivo y un TIR mayor a la tasa de descuento aplicado en el préstamo bancario, se demuestra que la utilidad antes del estudio es del 28.61% y después de la metología el beneficio incrementa al 59.76%.

It has been identified the critical areas through qualitative analysis by technic survey , providing by this way the presence of accumulation of extra process and incorrect process, thus the MUDAS are reduced and the activities involved in the service are standardized, then the problems quantified and the economic impact visualized. Additionaly minimizing the value by problem using the proposed method 5S. An amount of $2700 was set as the total investment of the project which will be recovered over a period of no more than 4.2 months. Subsequently, a financial evaluation was carried out by obtaining a positive NPV and increased the discount rate applied in the bank loan. TIR shows that the profit before the study is the 28.61%. After apply methodology the profit increased by 59.76%.
